Muktinath Temple is a popular pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This Temple has 108 water sprouts around it from which holy water flows which is believed to wash off all sins a person committed in their life. The trekking trail also leads to Tatopani where trekkers can enjoy the natural hot water spring.
The 13-day Jomsom Muktinath Yatra takes you to pilgrim sites of Muktinath temple. It is also perfect for those trekkers looking for adventurous trekking in the Himalayas. Our journey starts with a flight to Pokhara and then to Jomsom. Jomsom is the gateway to Muktinath and Upper Mustang.
The yatra trail to Muktinath temple moves alongside the deepest gorge in the world, Kali Gandaki Gorge resembling dry desert of the Tibetan plateau.

This yatra offers a stunning view of different mountain peaks like Dhaulagiri at 8167m, Nilgiri at 7041m, Fishtail Mountain (Machhapuchhre) at 6998m, Annapurna I at 8091m, Annapurna II at 7939m, Annapurna III7555m, Annapurna IV 7525m, Annapurna south 7219m, Hiunchuli 6441m, Lamjung Himal 6986m, Tukuche peak 6920m and many other mountain peaks.
Since the yatra route passes through several villages of various ethnic groups, pilgrims get an opportunity to experience different cultures and traditions, and a glimpse of their lifestyles. The pilgrims also come across stunning waterfalls, high mountains, deep valleys, barren land, and the apple gardens of Marpha.
